faulty latch constant assistance

The door latch seemed faulty. It did not close properly. Only one staff member communicated fluently in English. The door card frequently failed to open the door. It necessitated constant staff assistance. It caused delays.

poor soundproofing disorganized breakfast

The lack of soundproofing was a real issue. i could hear traffic and other guests all night. Sleep was hard to get. the breakfast was also a letdown. they didn't replace items quickly when they ran out and the coffee urn was empty for ages. it felt disorganized and not very attentive to guests needs.

acceptable location, SOME ISSUES

The location was good, and taxis were readily available outside.

The door latch was faulty, it did not close securely. I had concerns about the overall security. I believe the hotel should address such maintenance issues more promptly.

the hotel is near shops i found convenient. money exchange next door proved very useful . the location was amazing it made exploring the area easy.

the room faced the street traffic and external noises disrupted my sleep.

the room had good size and it was cleaned daily by the cleaning staff. i saw the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. clean towels and replenished toiletries were a standard.

the hotel is opposite abdulkarim al khatabi road it's easy to find. this road has lounges and cafés perfect for a quick coffee. a taxi ride to jemaa el-fna is cheap using local apps.

the staff offered help with printing my boarding pass it saved me time. they were always greeting guests with a friendly smile.
